STREAMBOXY offers you an interface to integrate networking tools - either as a content page, tool or additional navigation element - directly into your event and to work on it without the user having to open additional browser windows.

  1. Go to your desired event in your STREAMBOXY  Tenant or create a new event on the "+".
  2. Now you have the choice whether your networking tool should be integrated either in your lobby (main session), in one of your agenda items, as an additional navigation element or as a tool.
  3. Insert the URL of your tool in the respective URL line and save it.


Now you can network with your participants in the stage of your event after opening the room in your tool.

wonder.me offers a virtual space where people can meet and engage in lively discussions. The virtual space can be imagined as a real space. The user is able to locate other participants or to approach any conversation in order to participate in it.

How to create your networking space in STREAMBOXY 

 The STREAMBOXY "Session" feature is best suited for Wondershare integration. Thus, Wonder can easily be integrated as a "main session", "break-out session", "additional navigation element" or "tool" for your event.

 

 

  1.  Go to your desired event in your STREAMBOXY Tenant or create a new event on the Plus
  2. Now you have the choice whether Wonder should be integrated either in your lobby (main session), in one of your agenda items, as an additional navigation element or as a tool.


3.In the lobby and in each agenda item, Wonder can easily be added as a "Content Page" session type.



4. Wonder can also be integrated as a tool in any room. It can be installed as a panel, full-screen panel or separate window.


5. Also, Wonder can be implemented as an additional navigation element in STREAMBOXY.


 

6. Paste the URL of your Wonder Space in the appropriate place where you want Wonder placed.
