How do I set up a custom domain?

In order to set up an individual domain, you first have to own the desired domain and order its setup at Streamboxy.

This domain must then be forwarded to the individual domain of your Streamboxy tenant via CNAME forwarding.

The forwarding must be done to the following domain:

<yourTenantID>.domains.c.streamboxy.com.

Your Tenant ID can be found in the Backstage settings in the API Access tab.

Once this has been done, please contact our team and we will take the final steps in Streamboxy.
